The One Shot dispensers offer instant production of finished pralines. In a single cycle, the machine forms a chocolate shell and fills it with a filling to create a stuffed praline or chocolate.
We offer three models of One Shot dispensers with capacities ranging from 37 to 140 kg of finished pralines per hour or 100 kg of filled chocolates. They can handle from 120 to 360 molds per hour. These professional dispensers are designed for immediate production of pralines and filled chocolates, ideal for chocolate workshops, pastry shops, and confectionery production facilities.

The automated praline production line with a cooling chamber requires only 5 linear meters.
The entire line can be operated by a single person, featuring a large, easy-to-read display, a simple menu, and reliable operation. The Pomati system automates the entire production process.
