Pomati chocolate tempering machines are modern devices that enable quick and automatic tempering of chocolate.

All models are tailored to meet individual customer needs, characterized by solid construction, reliability, durability, and innovative solutions, making them highly popular among pastry chefs, chocolate masters, and culinary professionals.

One Shot dispensers for immediate, automatic production of pralines and filled chocolates.

The dispenser in a single cycle builds the chocolate shell, fills it with filling to create filled pralines or chocolates.

We offer three models of One Shot dispensers with capacities ranging from 37 to 140 kg per hour for ready pralines, or 100 kg for filled chocolates. Capacity ranges from 120 to 360 molds per hour.
